At HATCH, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every stage of motherhood. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or perform a direct exchange for a different size.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification as soon as your return is processed and your refund is issued.
